Does Kombucha make you high?

In the System of a Down song "Sugar", the chorus is, "The Kombucha
mushroom people, sitting around all day. Who can believe you, Who can
believe you? Let your mother pray." If they are sitting around all
day, does that mean they are high, or lazy, or just relaxed by
Kombucha?
