1.little or no insulin
2.dehydrated
3.go along time with out eating
4.blood sugar levels are high.
My question is ketones bad or too much ketones bad? How can you tell
if you have high ketones?I'm known to starve myself and drink very
little water in day.
Why is protein better ? Is it people here have a hard time with
working process like sugar or carbs than protein ? So the body can
process protein but not sugar or carbs ?
And what about salt ? Is that bad?
